Nick Reed is very experienced, knowledgeable, dedicated, enthusiastic real estate professional. I’ve known him for over 10 years. His honesty and integrity are quite exemplary. He is very detail oriented and an excellent negotiator. He plans ahead, prepares for whatever problems may occur in the deal and explores the options and explains clearly advantages and disadvantages of each option. He keeps clients informed and prepared about everything that was going on and guides them through the entire process. One of his strongest attributes is that he really cares. Nick Reed is definitely someone you would want on your side when it comes to real estate.

My family and I had to make a quick move due to an opportunity at work. My first connection with Nick was on a weekend. We called and Nick agreed to show us some pictures of homes in the area that might meet our interest. Right from the start Nick was very involved. We never even thought of going anywhere else to look for a home. Week in and week out we pestered Nick to show us around town looking for the perfect home. On the week that we finally found our home, Nick was obviously in a hurry but agreed to show us a home that had just came back on the market. He made all of the phone calls to the parties involved and had us in the home to view it within minutes. It happened to be love at first sight. Nick had made many suggestions to us during our quest but he knew as much as we did that this would be our home when we walked through the doors. Nick stayed in constant contact and hooked us up with bankers, inspectors and even arranged for the builder to meet with us. I wouldn’t just suggest that anyone use Nick, I would say that you are missing out if you do not use him for all of your realtor needs. If we ever have to move again and have to sell our home, Nick at Bosshardt Realty, or wherever he may be working at the time, will be our agent to sell the home.

He took great photos of our house and yard to inform potential buyers of the amenities, and helped us set a competitive price for the local market. We really appreciated how he kept us in the loop by phone and by email, even when we were on vacation. He was very easy to work with and addressed our concerns with optimism, honesty, and good ideas. We had met Nick when he was our daughter and son-in-law's real estate agent, and he did a great job helping them find their perfect home. When we decided to move to Gainesville, we contacted Nick to be our agent also. He showed me a few houses and was very honest pointing out the flaws in them. Then we went to a new development, and he and I were both impressed with the model home. He was always available to talk to me during the construction of our new house, or got right back to me if I emailed him with any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend using Nick as your real estate agent.
